Job Description
This role supports the Key Account Managers in driving performance across the TMC and Leisure segments in the Pacific, leading sales, marketing, and distribution initiatives. The role also develops engagement strategies, leads B2B digital marketing efforts, manages the RFP process, and collaborates with regional and global teams to support loyalty and revenue growth.
Account Management
* Drive segment and account performance by leading sales, marketing, and distribution tasks, troubleshooting queries, developing annual plans, and representing Accor at events and presentations.
Led RFP Process
* Lead the Leisure & TMC RFP contracting process and assist with tactical campaigns and marketing activations with hotels and partners.
Lead B2B Digital Marketing & Activations & Event Activity
* In collaboration with the KAM and following the activity & engagement calendar, oversee B2B marketing activations for the TMC and Leisure segments in the Pacific with key partners. Analyse campaign performance using a data-driven approach and provide recommendations
Hotel Training, Workshops & Support
* Develop and implement training programs to boost hotel knowledge.
* Co-lead the Contracting webinar for TMC & Leisure segments during RFI/RFP solicitations.
* Ensure hotel sales teams are engaged with and utilising sales systems and tools through training and audits.
Managing & Supporting Sales Systems, Programs & tools
* Oversee daily operations of A.N.A.I.S.
* Support the management of key sales tools and programs, including Learn with Us and LOL.
* Help ensure hotel sales teams are actively using sales systems and tools through monthly compliance and audit checks.
* Assist with various sales projects
Qualifications
* Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Tourism or Hotel Management Preferred but not essential.
* Extensive hotel industry experience with excellent presentation skills and relationships with key industry bodies and agencies.
* Advanced computer proficiency in Windows Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook) and Salesforce web-based applications.
* Process and data-driven mindset with strong analytical thinking abilities.
* Previous experience with Business Travel Management Companies and/or Leisure Agencies.
