Clinical Development Manager, WA

This role provides clinical support and undertakes training activities for products and services in the clinical environment, aligning with sales and marketing strategies, to ensure business objectives are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide outstanding clinical support to customers on AWM organisation products, maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
* Support S&N AWM in the territory on a range of products as needed.
* Handle the clinical training and in-servicing schedule in alignment with the sales strategy.
* Ensure operating efficiencies, including assistance with the management of S&N devices within accounts.
* Support the maintenance/development of customer profiles/preferences.
* Assist the sales teams with in-service programs, workshops, and seminars to customers.
* Maintain S&N dedication to educational support to drive sales opportunities.
* Develop and manage relationships with internal and external partners.
* Stay up-to-date with competitor products and activity.
* Read relevant medical and trade journals, literature, and bulletins associated with product responsibilities.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in Nursing or Science-related fields.
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or equivalent qualifications desirable.
* Proven experience in the medical field/theatre setting.
* Proven experience in wound care or related clinical disciplines.
