RSM People are recruiting a self-motivated individual to assist in all things admin. This position will provide variety and your duties may include but are not limited to:
1. Processing invoices and customer orders
2. Picking and packing customer orders
3. Raising and processing purchase orders
4. General administration and reception duties (email enquiries, incoming and outgoing calls and walk-ins)
5. Opening and closing duties
The below characteristics will assist you to succeed in this role:
1. Strong numeracy and literacy skills
2. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
3. Excellent computer literacy/knowledge

1. Have a right to work in Australia (Australian Birth Certificate/Passport/Citizenship or Working Visa without restrictions)
2. Have extensive administration experience
3. Be physically fit
4. Hold a current C class licence & have reliable transport
