About:
We would like to engage a contractor to support a new dedicated IT Service Management function.
within the Branch, focused on creating processes and governance around ITIL 4. This includes but is
not limited to incident management, problem management, change management, and release
management.
Position at a glance
1. Be part of a pioneering ITSM function, leading the development of processes, tools, and governance from the ground up.
2. Utilize your practical experience with ITIL 4 and general ITSM practices in an Agile context.
3. Take a lead role in process improvement initiatives across the team, with the view of increasing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
4. Responsible for the prioritisation of problems with business and GA Enterprise ICT input.

7. Collaborative team player
Desirable:
8. Jira Service Management
9. Agile team experience
10. Earth observation knowledge
