The Group Procurement team supports CommBank to deliver leading practice procurement. The function sits within Group Corporate Services, part of the Financial Services business.
**Job Description**
This role reports into the Executive Manager Corporate Services (part of the Banking & Corporate Services Procurement team) and as Manager Property, you will be responsible for the full end-to-end procurement lifecycle of multiple categories incorporating a broad range of goods and services including Facilities Management and Operations (Cleaning, Electrical, Mechanical, Fire, Catering, Security, Engineering Services etc), Design and Construction, and Utilities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Procurement Strategy & Execution: Lead and support the total commercial management of a portfolio of categories and suppliers to enable successful delivery of associated business priorities and strategic initiatives.
2. Synopsis:
The incumbent will lead the entire procurement process from sourcing to contract negotiation. They will develop business cases, conduct market analysis, and negotiate with suppliers. This requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
3. Risk & Compliance: Ensure business stakeholders have a full and comprehensive understanding of category risks, and all relevant risk documentation and processes have been completed.

**Requirements:**
We are looking for a highly motivated professional with:
1. Professional experience (3+ years) in Procurement and / or Supply Chain Management role(s).
2. Property category experience would be highly desirable.
3. An appropriate Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from a recognized tertiary institution would be desirable but not mandatory.
4. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and ability to be persuasive and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels within the organisation.
5. Sound commercial and contract negotiation skills and experience.
6. Sound commercial acumen and vision to align with strategic objectives in a highly complex, ambiguous and a large team environment.
7. High degree of problem solving and decision-making ability.
8. Ability to demonstrate a growth mindset and willingness to challenge the status quo.
