The Role
As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will provide exceptional technical support and customer service, both remotely and on-site, while building lasting relationships with clients as a trusted advisor. You will take ownership of large customer environments and provide specialist expertise support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Offer advanced IT support and troubleshoot complex IT issues
* Manage technology infrastructure and liaise with vendors and third-party contractors
* Oversee asset management and lead the implementation of new technologies
* Mentor IT support technicians, act as an escalation point, and ensure high-quality service delivery
* Stay updated on emerging technologies and contribute to IT project design
What You Bring To The Role
Minimum 5 years experience within an MSP environment, with proven hands-on experience as a Level 3 Infrastructure Support engineer.
Advanced knowledge of Servers and Networks, specifically Cloud (Azure) and on-prem infrastructure.
Solid experience providing exceptional Infrastructure Support within a client-facing environment, troubleshooting and delivering complex systems and network-related issues.
Microsoft and Networking Certifications are required.
