About You
11. You have a current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner regulation Agency as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2) with a Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and approved qualification for administration of medication (including intravenous medication administration).
12. You have demonstrated ability to work as part of a team, with a high standard of written and verbal communication and are able to respectfully collaborate with others.
13. You are open and able to receive feedback in a constructive manner and can demonstrate an ability to communicate your needs and to see out mentoring or guidance when needed.
14. Ability set priorities, problem solve and have a commitment to professional learning,
15. Ability to be flexible and work a rotating roster.
16. Able to demonstrate a commitment to person cantered care.
About the Role
17. As a Nurse in our inpatient unit, you will provide physical and psychological comfort and support to patients. Assist with patient assessment including observation and monitoring of health status.
18. You will work collaboratively and communicate effectively with patients, carers and other health care team members/colleagues regarding nursing care.
19. The Enrolled Nurse is an integral part of the nursing team, working under the direction and supervision of the registered nurse to support and care for patients to maximise the health outcomes for the patient in the inpatient unit.
20. As an Enrolled Nurse you will practice and act in accordance with recognised professional and standards of practice established by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia to deliver holistic and quality nursing care.

You will be working in our Medicine, Neurology & Stroke Inpatient Unit at Wyong Hospital.
