Essential Qualifications Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or an equivalent qualification as recognized by ACECQA. A current Blue card. First Aid Certificate - training in asthma and anaphylaxis. Desirable Skills and Attributes Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standard (NQS) to deliver high-quality education programs and knowledge of the National Education and Care Law. Ability to plan, implement and evaluate educational programs tailored to individual children's needs and interests. Skill in observing children's progress, documenting their learning and using this information to guide future planning. Ability to work effectively with other educators, support staff and families to create an inclusive, responsive, and respectful learning environment. Prior experience in teaching in an early childhood setting. Engagement in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay abreast of the latest educational trends and practices.
