The role
Reporting to the Project Manager. Your role will be responsible for leading, managing and undertaking the identification, analysis and documentation of current state and future state business processes and requirements, including business process modelling, within a large and complex corporate environment.
The successful person
You will have demonstrated:
1. Demonstrated experience leading and managing business analysis activities on a large scale, complex program/project(s), in the health industry.
2. Demonstrated experience leading business process modelling activities for large scale complex organisations, in the health industry withBusiness Process Modelling Notation desirable.
3. High level knowledge and application of, appropriate business analysis frameworks, and an ability to promote and provide advice on use of appropriate techniques, methodologies and tools, preferably aligned with Business Analysis Body of Knowledge.
4. Proven high level negotiation, consultation, facilitation and effective written and oral communication skills for use in a complex program/project environment.
5. Demonstrated ability to lead, manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary project team.
