The position requires someone adept at leading cross-functional teams, especially in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.The Opportunity:This role will focus on driving product strategy, ensuring successful go-to-market execution, and aligning business stakeholders across the
Asia Pacific
region, especially for new technology products such as
AI-driven solutions
in Sales Cloud.
You will play a key role in liaising with global headquarters, local marketing teams, and senior leadership while ensuring smooth adoption of product strategies across the region.Key Responsibilities:APAC-focused leadership:
Own product marketing strategy for Sales Cloud across the region.Cross-functional collaboration:
Work with field marketers, sales teams, and product experts to ensure effective product rollouts.Flexibility and agility:
Adapt to fast-moving, ever-changing environments, making quick decisions while aligning with US headquarters.Strategic leadership
in product marketing, especially within tech or enterprise products.Proven experience launching technology products in the
Asia Pacific
region, particularly AI-driven solutions.Strong
communication and stakeholder management
skills, capable of working with senior sales leaders and global teams.Ability to work independently and lead initiatives as a sole marketing strategist for the product.Experience working with cross-functional teams
and creating localized product content in diverse markets.Desired Experience:Background in
enterprise technology
solutions and product management.Salesforce or CRM
product knowledge is advantageous but not required.Agile in adapting to fast-paced and evolving markets, prioritizing tasks effectively.The Role:The role involves acting like a regional
CMO
for Sales Cloud, managing product marketing activities in
APAC .
You will lead the local translation and launch of new products and collaborate across multiple stakeholders, building strong relationships to drive product adoption.
