This is a field-based role, providing continued support to our customers. You will support the wider team to ensure the Microlise product portfolio is fully integrated into our customer’s assets; the installation, service and support of our product suite and peripherals within the Melbourne region.With full training provided, we are looking for individuals with the right attitude and appetite to learn new skills; so, whilst experience with telematics is advantageous, it is not essential. If you want to grow your career in a leading organisation, then we want to hear from you!What will you be doing?Timely visits to customer sites to undertake the installation, service and support of Microlise productsCompleting survey visits and identifying suitable solutionsCompleting QA visits on Microlise products and peripherals in customer assetsInventory managementResponsible for the upkeep and safety of your vehicle and all provided tools/equipmentLiase with customers at all levelsProvide support to your peers and contractor resource where requiredEnsure administration is concise, accurate and professionalAdhere to all internal process and proceduresReport on statistical information when requiredWhat are we looking for?Knowledge and understanding of electronics/auto electrics, or experience working with telematics, would be idealExperience of working to Service Level Agreements and Operational SchedulesUnderstanding of vehicle wiring diagrams and ability to interpret these would be advantageousEvidence of strong customer service skills with a professional approachA positive can-do attitude, with a strong desire to learn new skillsPassionate and positive approach to all that you doGood interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adjust style to relevant audiencesBe able to work autonomously, solve problems independently and adhere to agreed processesTake pride in what you do, ensuring quality and accuracyValid Passport for travelFull Driving LicenceWorking PatternThis is a full-time position working 40 hours per week. Our technicians work a Monday-Friday pattern, with occasional requirements for late or weekend work.
