Responsibilities: Scheduling jobs for the Director and other team members. Accounts Payable and Receivable processing, including entering and generating invoices. Providing excellent customer service and maintaining effective communication with clients. Ensuring all tax obligations are met and managing payroll and holiday pay. Assisting with marketing activities such as mailing letters, managing the customer database, and social media. General administration tasks including reports and implementation of systems. Striving towards producing high-quality work within appropriate time frames. Motivating your team to meet timelines and uphold the professional image of Ridge Building Group. Requirements: Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in an office administration role, preferably in the construction or related industry. Experience using accounting software such as XERO or MYOB. Strong organizational and communication skills. A positive attitude and a sense of humour.
