Supported by an Enterprise Change Management Office, you will have excellent communication skills and demonstrated experience in IT change. If you excel at managing change in large, complex settings, this could be the ideal opportunity.Key Responsibilities:Deliver change management for complex IT modernisation in line with the department’s frameworks, managing multiple interdependencies.Provide change management expertise to IT and business areas and facilitate identification of change impacts, develop plans and actions to mitigate the impact of change for internal and external stakeholders.Develop and maintain key collaborative internal and external stakeholder relationships.Provide senior staff, change leaders and sponsors with the support to champion and communicate the anticipated changes.Key Requirements:Understand Agile project delivery framework.Previous experience managing change within a complex IT environment, operating in a multidisciplinary team.Experience working with Program Managers and Product Owners translating technical requirements into business processes.Experience using Prosci.If this sounds like you, please APPLY now.
