What we are looking for: Tertiary qualified or Graduate preferably in Business, Economics, or Engineering.An MBA or similar would be highly regarded.8-10 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a large company.4-6 years of professional experience in project management and/or consulting.Ability to provide others with a clear direction and set appropriate standards of behaviour.Inspiring leadership skills and motivates and empowers others.Strong people development and coaching skills.A passion for encouraging organisational and individual responsibility towards the community and environment.Keeps up to date with competitor information and market trends.Ability to identify business opportunities and demonstrates financial awareness.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills at a senior executive level.
