Join our established independent optometry practice in Langwarrin, soon to celebrate its 20th anniversary!About the Role:We're looking for an Optometrist with Therapeutic Endorsement to join us 3 days per week, including Saturday morning (no evenings).Our practice prioritises quality over quantity, allowing longer consultations for thorough, personalised patient care—especially for complex cases.This role is ideal for someone with experience in Behavioural Optometry, Myopia Control, Vision Therapy, and Glaucoma Management who values a patient-focused approach.Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive eye exams and provide a range of optometric servicesPrescribe myopia control strategies and vision therapy programsAssist in glaucoma management and provide ongoing care and monitoringAssist the dispensing team.Work with patients who may have complex vision needs, with a focus on personalised careRequirements:Therapeutic Endorsement (essential)Proven experience in Behavioural Optometry, Myopia Control, Vision Therapy and Glaucoma managementMinimum 2 years of experience.Binocular workups for every pediatric patient is a must.
