The Management Accountant is a full-time permanent position in our Head Office in Stapylton (in the Logan/Northern Gold Coast region).It reports to our Finance Business Partner (Manufacturing) and is supported by the Senior Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis.This role is crucial in supporting the manufacturing plants that require a highly skilled professional who can provide financial insights, manage budgets, and ensure financial compliance.The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Plant Managers to drive financial performance and operational efficiency.Your key responsibilities will include: Prepare and present detailed financial reports and forecasts for the manufacturing plant operations.Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to improve financial performance.Lead the annual budgeting process for the manufacturing plant operations.Develop rolling forecasts and update them regularly to reflect changing business conditions.Analyse production costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.Monitor inventory levels and implement cost control measures to minimise waste.Work alongside the Financial Accounting team to ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and data integrity.Support the Finance Business Partner (Manufacturing) with strategic decision-making by providing financial analysis and insights.About you: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldCPA or CA certification is preferredMinimum of 5 years of experience in management accounting, preferably in the manufacturing industry.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.Advanced Excel for data modelling and analytics.Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.About the company Nu-Pure Beverages, Australia's largest privately owned beverage manufacturing company, is not just about making great products.We proudly confirm that our products are 100% Australian-made and strongly focus on environmental sustainability.Join us in our mission to produce high-quality beverages while preserving our environment.Be part of a company that cares about the planet and inspires you to make a difference.What can Nu-Pure offer you?
