As a Senior Account Manager you’ll be responsible for a sizeable portfolio of large SME and mid-market clients requiring your technical broking experience and expertise to tailor their insurance solutions, with a focus on retention and portfolio growth.

Duties and responsibilities
As a Senor Account Manager you will be responsible for the following:
* End-to-end management of a portfolio of large SME and mid-market clients
* Maintaining and growing the portfolio through new business initiatives
* Facilitate the provision of quotes, renewals, endorsements, claims and processing
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers
* Maintain industry and market knowledge by attending seminars and events
* Adopt and open mind and willingness to learn
We are looking for someone with:
* Experience with large SME risks and mid-market risks including understanding of ISR policies
* Risk identification and management capabilities for a variety of industries
* Understanding of the full general insurance product suite
* A positive can-do attitude! Someone that takes initiative in their learning and can be flexible in a growing and innovative environment
* Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to communicate with external stakeholders
* Enjoy being part of a team and contributing to a positive culture
