We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team.
This role is pivotal in educating distributors, occupational therapists, and other key stakeholders on the clinical features and benefits of our hygiene and pressure care equipment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training materials, writing engaging content for social media, collaborating with the marketing department to create educational tools, and fostering relationships with occupational therapist groups and dealers.
Additionally, this role involves working closely with the Business Development Manager (BDM) to explore new market opportunities and support the expansion of our product reach.
Candidates must demonstrate a strong professional presence and deportment, reflecting the values of our organisation while interacting with clients and colleagues.

ResponsibilitiesClinical Education:
· Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for distributors and target markets on the clinical features and benefits of our equipment.
· Provide hands-on demonstrations and workshops to ensure effective understanding and application of products.Content Creation:
· Write and publish insightful and engaging monthly articles for social media and other digital platforms to enhance product knowledge and brand visibility.
· Collaborate with the marketing department to develop educational materials such as brochures, videos, and webinars.Market Engagement:
· Proactively reach out to and build strong relationships with occupational therapist groups, associations, and other relevant organizations.
· Maintain and nurture relationships with distributors to ensure continued support and satisfaction with our products.Business Development Support:
· Work with the Business Development Manager or equivalent role to identify and pursue new market opportunities.
· Assist in strategizing and implementing plans to open new markets and expand product reach.Collaboration:
· Partner with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of educational and business initiatives.
· Provide feedback and insights to help improve product offerings and training programs.Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
