Excellent salary package and great value-add opportunitiesHybrid working in an established FMCGAbout Our Client My client is part of a global group and is headquartered out of Narre Warren.Supplying fruits for domestic and international markets using advanced and sustainable techniques.They also offer cold storage and logistics services, solidifying their leadership in Australia's industry.Job Description Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:Lead the preparation of budget and forecast reports in line with the agreed strategy.Partner with business to report on and improve the ongoing financial performance of each division assigned.Partner with divisions to devise and implement cost control initiatives.Conduct monthly financial performance reviews with divisions.Partner with divisions to ensure CAPEX and maintenance costs are accounted for correctly and kept under control.Regular review of capitalised operating costs and ensure accuracy of balances.Produce and analyse divisional income statements and other financial reports.Produce all required financial reports and analysis as required for monthly Executive and Board reporting.Responsible for overseeing and managing the monthly fruit valuation process and ensuring accuracy of monthly stock on hand.Complete weekly dashboards for required divisions.Continuous financial process improvement.Other tasks as reasonably required by the business.The Successful Applicant To be successful in this role you must have:Degree in Accounting or FinanceCA / CPA QualifiedAbility to meet deadlines and resolve complex issuesStrong partnering and stakeholder management skillsExperience in a complex FMCG, Manufacturing or Agriculture environment.Experience with larger ERP's including Business Central or Microsoft Dynamics is highly favourable.What's on Offer Hybrid working #J-18808-Ljbffr
