THE ROLE
Join our learning and development training team to assist with administration duties. Working alongside the L&D Coordinator and advisors, your duties will include the following:
* Update training database with current certificates, internal and external training and licenses
* Manage training and competency records of all personnel and ensure legislative and HSECQ requirements are met
* Maintain LMS system with enrolments for new employees and removal of employees.
* Data management and certificate audits
* Document control maintenance
* Assist L&D Coordinator with management and follow up of bookings and supplier list
* Scanning, saving and filing of completed assessments
ABOUT YOU
* Passion to learn new skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to work autonomously and cohesively within a team
* Prior experience in an administration role
* Natural customer service flare with strong verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent time management with the ability to prioritise tasks
* Confident with Microsoft Word and Excel
* Prior training experience within the construction or engineering sector (desirable)
* Hold a current drivers licence
