Join the Team as the Head of Platforms and Security
Our client is on a mission to revolutionize the Collection industry, and is seeking a visionary Head of Platforms and Security to join its team. Reporting to the Chief Information Technology Officer, you will play a pivotal role within the leadership team and oversee the strategic direction and operational implementation of our clients architecture and security infrastructure.
Your primary objective will be to ensure the stability, scalability, and security of our clients platforms, aligning them with the business goals and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the strategic planning, design, and implementation of our Salesforce and related platforms to support our growth and performance objectives.
2. Develop and enforce robust security strategies, policies, and controls to protect the network, hosted infrastructure, and cloud application platforms and data against cyber threats and security breaches.
3. Mitigate risks associated with the Salesforce platform, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
4. Manage relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring optimal performance and risk minimisation.
5. Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service quality and security standards.
6. Develop and lead incident response plans to effectively handle security incidents or breaches.
7. Build and mentor a high-performing team, providing guidance and professional development.
8. Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to align platform capabilities with business objectives
Qualifications and Experience
9. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
10. Extensive experience in Salesforce platform architecture, customisation, and integration.
11. Strong background in cybersecurity and incident response.
12. In-depth knowledge of regulations and standards such as ISO and PCI DSS.
13. Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
14. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, Salesforce) are highly desired.
15. Understanding of data infrastructures and system architecture.
16. Experience with credit functions, finance, and accounting is desirable
