Job SummaryIn this key leadership role, you will spearhead our continuous improvement initiatives, with a strong focus on Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and process optimization. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, you will guide a dedicated team to achieve and exceed improvement targets, lead strategic projects, and support site leadership through data-driven decision-making and innovative change management. This role combines both strategic oversight and operational involvement to elevate our manufacturing performance.
Key Responsibilities Lead and drive site-wide value improvement initiatives to meet and surpass continuous improvement targets.Spearhead TPM and lean methodologies, ensuring best practices are embedded across all operational areas.Develop and implement a digitalization and automation roadmap to enhance operational efficiency.Guide and mentor direct and indirect reports, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Oversee budgeting and manage strategic projects, including CapEx and OpEx initiatives that support growth.Collaborate closely with site leadership to integrate continuous improvement strategies into the overall operational plan.Monitor performance metrics, conduct regular audits, and adapt improvement initiatives to align with business objectives.About You Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline is required.A minimum of 5 years' experience in manufacturing operations, ideally within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.Proven expertise in Lean Six Sigma, TPM, Change Management, and Organizational Effectiveness.Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in process optimization and technology change.Demonstrated ability to lead and develop diverse teams, balancing strategic thinking with practical operational experience.Experience in managing budgets and driving improvement projects in a manufacturing environment is essential.Benefits A supportive culture that values work-life balance and employee well-being.Access to health and wellness initiatives, including fitness and mental health programs.Opportunities for community engagement and involvement in local charity events.Family-friendly policies, including generous parental leave and support for new parents.Regular recognition and rewards for your contributions and achievements.Engaging team activities and events that foster a collaborative work environment.Six Degrees Executive acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which we work and live.
