We are looking for an experienced Office Administration Assistant / Receptionist to join our team.
Requirements :
* Previous experience in an Office Administration role is ESSENTIAL
* Strong computer skills and proficiency in using MS office software such as Excel & MS Word
* Eagerness to learn a variety of industry specific software applications
* Confident phone manner with strong focus on customer service
* Organised and efficient with the ability to prioritise tasks
* Must hold a valid driver’s license, preferably able to drive a manual vehicle
* Available Monday to Friday
The Role :
Assist with a variety of Office tasks including :
* Providing support to Directors and Senior Staff
* Data Entry
* Front Reception and phone enquiries
* Assist to maintain documentation to support our Workplace Health and Safety practices.
* Filing & archiving
* General housekeeping - assist to keeping our office space clean, neat, tidy
* Customer contact and follow up calls
* Hourly Rate in accordance with the Clerks Private Sector Award
