Reporting to the Superintendent – Reliability Engineering, you will be working within a supportive team environment, this is an amazing opportunity to make the role your own.As the BPDC, you will coach the site teams in the disciplined use of business systems, metrics, standards, processes, and procedures, in order to drive performance and support site business objectives. You will be passionate about business improvement and coaching teams and individuals to achieve their potential. You will implement programs that will prepare our people to adopt new skills and behaviours for using, managing, and mastering our business systems. Location: Prominent Hill, South Australia (60-minute flight from Adelaide / 30-minute flight from Port Augusta)Roster: 4 days on; 3 days offReporting to: Superintendent – Reliability EngineeringEmployment Type: Permanent, Full Time In This Role You Will: Promote operating discipline and design intent related to the processes you will support. Review key performance indicators to identify operating discipline related issues, and initiate coaching to close the gap and/or initiate further detailed analysis. Provide feedback on functional capability gaps identified through coaching. Collaborate with other specialists to promote functional and cross-functional integration. Validate incidents raised by users, review process and data related incidents, and recommend improvements to line leaders. Support the Maintenance team in the implementation of improvement initiatives (provides functional specialist knowledge, data validation and cleansing, testing, stakeholder engagement, and communication). Lead local testing and deployment for Work Management activities in 1SAP Change Cycles. Roll out and support the FIORI Mobility solution to the workforce. Strong communication and facilitation skills are a must-have to drive effective change programs and influence stakeholders from all levels of our business.About You: Excellent working knowledge of 1SAP. A logical and structured approach in analysing processes and metrics to identify improvement opportunities. Ability to communicate well across multiple levels and disciplines. Be action-oriented in resolving issues. Be self-motivated in setting priorities for self, and to support the business. Be collaborative across teams to achieve common objectives. Experience in Work Management in a Maintenance/Production environment.
