About this opportunity
Open to Sydney OR Melbourne based candidates.
In the role of Event Manager you will own delivery of our Advocacy and Internal events to help deepen engagement and connection to the fund for our people, and key external stakeholders. As a keenly passionate and capable events lead, you lead these events from inception to delivery and all facets of event management to create exceptional experiences. .
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:
1. 8+ years of managing large scale, high impact events in a corporate and regulated matrix environment
2. Superior organisational and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple activities and projects simultaneously
3. Thrives in a fast paced environment
4. Strong event management platform and technology skills using tools such as Cvent, Zoom, TEAMS and Microsoft suite of products
5. Strong time and priority management skills
6. Strong knowledge of regulations applicable to and events for the superannuation industry
7. Experience in directing, briefing and supervising external vendors and managing event budgets.
8. Strong written and verbalmunication skills, and ability to brief and manage senior stakeholders and executives.
