HERE'S WHERE YOU COME IN: You will play a pivotal role within a fun and encouraging team supporting our clients through strategic account management ensuring that the recruitment of contingent workers is efficient and effective. With a minimum of 5 partner meetings per week, you'll deepen customer and supplier relationships, gain insights into the unique contingent workforce needs of each client, and drive continuous value for them, all the while ensuring you never miss an opportunity for continuous business process improvement. This is a customer-facing role that requires strong relationship management skills and regular on-site engagement and will require some travel. You will also be acting as a Comensura ambassador, embodying our culture of Trust, Innovation, Drive for results, Curiosity, and Entrepreneurship, contributing where company values and exceptional service come first.YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:Customer Management Ensure all elements of the Managed Service Provider (MSP) solution meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and contractual obligations.Conduct regular face-to-face engagement with customers, including Quarterly Business Reviews.Act as an industry expert, using data-driven insights to provide customers with benchmarking, performance analysis, market, and talent trends.Identify risks when the supply chain fails to deliver and explore alternate solutions.Work with MSP Program Coordinators to support them in providing the best possible solutions and service to our customers.Understanding and establishing ways to continually improve customer satisfaction.Business Management Actively seek to increase service offerings to your portfolio to enhance revenue and maximize the adoption of core processes and services.Drive lean operations and foster a culture of continuous improvement by optimizing workflows and eliminating inefficiencies.Implement cost-saving initiatives while working within company standards and values.Strive to eliminate scope creep, contributing to initiatives that support revenue growth and compliance.WHAT WILL YOU BRING?On day one you will be able to demonstrate your:Proven ability to operate independently, managing tasks and making decisions with minimal supervision.Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to customer relationship management.In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office software and strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.Ethical, integrity-driven way of working and ability to work well under pressure while making sound decisions.Your drive for results - you love targets, driving towards and delivering to and beyond them.Your deep understanding of the contingent recruitment industry, Vendor Management Systems with experience in managing multi-location customer relationships.Your ability to influence, negotiate, and drive commitment from stakeholders.Excellent customer service delivery and ability to drive this ethos within indirect teams.NICE FOR YOU TO HAVE: Background in working within a local government or public sector setting, understanding the unique challenges and nuances in these environments.WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU: At Impellam Group your job is not your final destination.
