Aboutthe role
We currentlyhave a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Paralegal to joinour Melbourne Real Estate practice on a full time basis. You willbe servicing commercial real estate matters for key clientsalongside a well-known industry partner.
Whatdoes the role involve?
Our clientsare sophisticated users of legal services and look to the team toprovide the highest levels of consistent service and value. Responsilbities in the role include:
1. Preparing documentation and correspondence
2. Handling PEXA matters
3. Attending to conveyancing and settlement activities
4. Hard copy as well as electronic filing, printing, scanning, collation and photocopying of all documents relating to matters
5. Regular client contact
6. Archiving of matters
7. Ensuring all files are up to date
8. General administration

You should bepractical, resilient and proactive in your approach in addition todemonstrating strong problem solving skills, attention to detailand work well in a team.
Ideally youwill have 6+ years' experience as a Paralegal working in a RealEstate practice in a law firm. A high level of proficiency inMicrosoft Office and PEXA are expected as are excellentorganisation and communication skills.
