This team is comprised of Project Managers and Implementation Consultants who are committed to providing our clients with high-quality project management and expert services. This position reports to the Mobile Credential and Access Control Manager with supervision and assistance from Senior Implementation Consultants and Project Managers.As Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for participating as a technical team member in the implementation of, but not limited to, Mobile Credential and Access Control solutions. You will have significant responsibilities associated with initial installation, configuration, training and remote client support.Independently managing and providing services on short-term technical project engagementsMeeting established goals for utilization, customer satisfaction and project forecast for completion as set by managementDelivering onsite and remote installation and go-live support for clientsDeliver expert training and consultative services to provide optimal system functionalityAssist the Project Management team with the coordination of hardware shipmentKnowledge of the TSE system and able to configure Mobile Credential and Access Control elements within the TSE ecosystemConfigure, troubleshoot, and train on Carrier/S2 Security softwareKnowledge in 3rd party access hardware including, but not limited to Assa Abloy, HID, S2 and TransactUnderstand support 3rd party integrated hardware to provide expert installation servicesUnderstand hardware components to provide support and escalation to hardware vendorsWork with supervisors and management to properly escalate issues through DevelopmentExperience:Has a degree or certificate in a technical or IT concentrationCan learn and master new and existing Transact service offeringsHas knowledge of MS Office and other MS productsHas strong interpersonal skills with excellent oral and written communication skillsIs extremely detail-oriented and drivenIs client-focusedCan travel up to 25% domesticallyA background in campus card management, security software and/or higher education is preferredExperience with Carrier/S2 is preferredExperience with large-scale security system migrations is preferredExperience working in large higher ed card office systems is preferredLDAP and Shibboleth Authentication knowledge is beneficialExperience working in a client technical support role is a plusFamiliarity with PCI Compliance standards is beneficialThis job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required.
