You will be responsible for ordering and receiving parts, scheduling work, maintaining stock, and other day-to-day office tasks.The role involves customer service and general operational needs. The position plays an integral part in the successful presentation of our showroom and warehouse efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesAssigning jobs to trade staff and managing their workflowBeing the point of contact for our service division to call in for problem solvingProviding customer service to retail customersResponding to customer phone and online inquiriesCompleting day-to-day duties to support the office staffReceipting, warehousing, dispatch, and delivery of goodsOrdering and managing partsYou will have the following skills and experienceAbility to communicate effectively with trade staffService and/or trade background would be a bonusUnderstanding of safe work practices and transport/logisticsExceptional customer serviceWhat we offer you:A competitive pay package in conjunction with existing qualifications, ability, and experiencePay above the award available for the right candidateSemi-flexible hoursOffice support from our existing teamShutdown period over Christmas/New Year
