In this role, you'll: Work as part of Sydney Technical Services Western Parklands & Central River Cities Infrastructure team, you will service Infrastructure & Project Engineering Roads projects. The team deliver projects across the region, supported by extensive industry and contract partnerships to help deliver core Transport objectives aligned to changing projects and programs of work. You will have the opportunity to be involved in all stages of the project lifecycle, providing engineering support from the development phase all the way through to the commissioning and handover phase You will also be responsible supporting and contributing to the development, implementation and management of civil engineering related projects and activities. This role will see you providing Infrastructure & Project Engineering projects with engineering expertise, advise and support. About you You are a motivated and enthusiastic engineer wanting to join our Technical Services team. You are a project engineer with experience in providing technical support throughout the project lifecycle, including concept design, planning, detailed design, tender, construction, project milestones, deliverables, commissioning, and handover. You enjoy working as part of a team and enjoy building and maintaining close relationships with various service providers. You provide governance of the process and are comfortable monitoring and actioning tasks to ensure compliance to standards and provide timely and accurate adhoc and standard project reports to the wider team Well-developed communication skills with demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of project stakeholders Supported and assisted with infrastructure project planning, development and delivering road infrastructure projects Able to work and contribute to a cohesive and effective multidisciplinary team maximising performance as an individual and at a team level through a transformational period Appropriate tertiary qualifications Who we are Transport for NSW provides a safe, integrated, and efficient transport system.
