We are looking for a Digital Planning Manager to join the business on a 4 month FTC.As the Digital Planning Manager, you will deliver highly innovative and digital first thinking solutions, using our Connections That Matter planning process. You will join a well-resourced team with long standing leaders and will oversee 2 direct reports who you will mentor and support (Executive and Assistant level)
Your day to day:
9. Own tasks from start to finish across all elements of campaign planning (Brief to post campaign analysis)
10. Plan and implement digital campaigns, guiding others on technical aspects of planning, implementation and analysis.
11. Be able to make executive decisions on how to improve campaigns and suggest other platforms to test
12. Provide budget forecasts and oversee all reporting/QA check reports.
13. Develop and maintain strong client and agency partner relationships & keep up to date with all industry trends in which your clients operate.
14. Effectively lead and mentor your team with the support of the Planning Director.
Required skills and experience:
15. Proven experience strategizing, planning and implementing digital campaigns
16. Experience managing or mentoring a team in a similar role.
17. Strong understanding of Programmatic advertising and other digital channels
18. Ability to communicate your understanding of digital channels, their makeup and accurately articulate their offering
19. Exceptional client relationship and stakeholder management skills
