About the Role Contribution to the advancement of quality specialist child and youth mental health and discipline-specific services and optimal patient care through service development, quality improvement, and clinical education. Manage an allocated workload to deliver specialist child and youth mental health services, including assessment, intervention, and evaluation within a multidisciplinary team in accordance with established clinical & departmental protocols, policies, and procedures, utilising evidence-based practice and ethical standards under clinical practice supervision or professional guidance of more senior staff. Liaise and work effectively in a professional manner with clients and their carers, other health professionals, students, and external agencies to achieve a client-centred approach, utilising negotiation and conflict resolution skills as required.
