Role Overview This is a NOC environment that will suit a Network Administrator with enterprise experience. You will work a 37.5 hour 3-day week which includes the weekend. You must be able to work Saturday, Sunday, and Tuesday. Responsibilities As part of a global Network Operations Center (NOC) team, provide Tier Two NOC support. Primary responsibilities include administering, maintaining, monitoring and troubleshooting our clients computer networks. This also includes large scale network installations, special projects and platforms. Participates in Major Incident Management activities, identifying network performance issues and trends. (e.g., Identifies failing network components, reviews firewall for blocks, tracing of network traffic). Coordinates resolution activities with IT groups across systems and platforms (e.g., Availability Team), so they occur in sync Ability to create, review and interpret network diagrams, documentation, including policies and procedures What you'll bring Strong network experience within a financial organisation or a large, enterprise environment. Experience with Infinistream Sniffer, APCON, and other packer analyzer's Advanced knowledge of Cicso IOS, Nexus OS, Juniper, Cisco ACI, F5, WAN, DNS, DHCP, IPSEC, AWS, etc Platform knowledge of Cisco platforms, Juniper routers, Palo Alto Firewall, etc Extensive troubleshooting of BGP & OSPF Ability to remain calm while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment What's on offer 12 month initial contract Growing organisation with accolades for being one of the best places to work.
