Role Overview:
As a Payroll Officer/AP Officer, you will be responsible for managing payroll functions and processing accounts payable transactions efficiently. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals looking to contribute meaningfully to a leading construction firm.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
* Handle Accounts Payable (AP) tasks, including invoice processing and reconciliation.
* Assist with payroll-related inquiries and issues, ensuring prompt resolutions.
* Support the Finance Manager with various tasks and ad-hoc projects.
* Reconcile financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
About You:
* Qualification & Experience: A minimum of a Diploma in Accounting, with strong proficiency in payroll systems and financial software. At least 2 years of experience in payroll and AP, preferably within the construction or related industries.
* Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
