My client is a leading commercial real estate fund with several billion dollars in funds under management and an exciting growth strategy that will see them double in size over the next five years.
Due to continued business growth, my client has created a new Investment Analyst position.
As an Investment Analyst, you will be a core member of the Equity Investment team, responsible for analysing investment opportunities, contributing to portfolio management, and supporting key strategic decisions.
You will work closely with senior management and investment committees to develop financial models, conduct in-depth research, and present insights on the performance and potential of various investments.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed financial analysis, modelling, and valuation of real estate equity investment opportunities.Perform comprehensive due diligence on prospective investments, including detailed research on market conditions, competitor positioning, and the economic environment.Assist in the ongoing monitoring and management of the firm's equity portfolio, providing insights on performance and recommendations for optimisation.Prepare thorough investment reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management and investment committees, summarising key findings, risks, and opportunities.Stay updated on market trends, industry news, and economic data to provide the team with actionable insights that may impact the portfolio or future investments.Work closely with other investment teams, including real estate and debt specialists, to align investment strategies and ensure diversified exposure.About You: You are an intellectually curious and detail-oriented professional with a deep interest in real estate investment.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable working with large data sets to deliver clear and actionable insights.
You're a strong communicator, capable of presenting complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
