About the Role:
As we expand in Australia and globally, we're looking for an experienced Strategic Partnership Manager to strengthen key supplier relationships, particularly with respected pharma companies, and drive strategic partnership programs.
Reporting to the Head of Strategy & GTM, you'll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Training teams to align supplier initiatives with Fresh's growth ambition.
You'll have the autonomy to manage supplier relationships independently, work with senior leaders, and implement high-value programs. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape Fresh's offerings, contribute to our success, and engage with top-tier suppliers in both strategic and operational capacities.

Strategic thinking & planning: Develop and implement strategic programs in partnership with suppliers, aligning with Fresh's growth goals. Collaboration across teams: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Training teams to coordinate the delivery of supplier-backed programs. Negotiation & influencing: Lead negotiation efforts with suppliers to drive beneficial terms and influence long-term partnership success. Ongoing engagement & reporting: Manage performance reporting, check-ins, and planning sessions to drive continuous engagement and program refinement. Who You Are: A relationship manager with a strong track record of managing relationships at all levels, including senior leadership and C-suite executives. A strategic thinker, adept at aligning supplier partnerships with business goals and long-term objectives. An innovator, with a customer-centric mindset, with the ability to design programs that will deliver value to our members and partners. A collaborative communicator with deep empathy, who thrives in cross-functional environments and drives results through teamwork. A skilled negotiator with the ability to influence supplier agreements and secure beneficial outcomes for the business. An experienced professional with a deep understanding of the aesthetics or adjacent industries, able to bring valuable insights to the role. We'd Love You to Have: Extensive professional experience including at least 5 years in the aesthetics or adjacent industries, with in-depth industry knowledge. Relationship management skills: Proven ability to manage and nurture relationships at all organisational levels, especially with senior leadership. Strategic planning expertise: Strong skills in developing and executing strategic plans that align with business objectives and drive long-term success.
