About the Role
Due to an internal promotion, Curwen-Walker Lawyers is looking for a part-time motivated, well-presented, and enthusiastic receptionist to assist our busy legal team in Ballarat.
Qualifications & Experience
2 years previous administration experience Advanced computing skills (Microsoft Office) Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task Strong attention to detail Well-developed communication skills, both oral and written Highly reliable and motivated team player Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative, judgement, and maintain confidentiality Tasks & Responsibilities
Answering phones, directing calls, and taking accurate and timely messages Manage daily emails Diary and appointment management Greeting clients, setting up meeting rooms, ensuring reception area and meeting rooms are always in impeccable condition Ordering office and kitchen supplies and maintaining office and kitchen cleanliness Archiving Processing of completed Will & Power of Attorney documents and follow-up Assisting solicitors and paralegals with reviewing basic legal documents, typing letters, printing envelopes for all departments, VOI appointments, copying, printing, and scanning Part-time position Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday.
