This role is primarily focused on teaching within the Bachelor of Medical Science and related postgraduate courses. You will lead and deliver foundation and profession-focused units across multiple campuses, conduct practical and clinical sessions, develop course materials, and supervise research projects. Additionally, you will contribute to research initiatives, mentor junior staff, and engage with industry partners to enhance clinical placements. Your responsibilities will also include professional activities, broad administrative functions, and providing student consultations to support their academic and professional development. The successful applicant will enjoy working within a team environment and demonstrate strong leadership qualities.

Position Requirements
* Completion of a doctoral qualification (PhD or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
* Teaching qualification or willingness to obtain one (e.g., Graduate Certificate in Tertiary Teaching/Education).
* Knowledge of higher education issues and ability to collaborate across the University.
* Proven experience to engage with students and support their educational development through multi-modal delivery strategies.
* Strong research track record with publications and capacity to contribute to the School’s research.
