Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the development and delivery of business reporting data and assets.
* Understand local processes, prepare standard documents, manage records, track progress of work tasks, and identify key issues.
* Engage in process improvement activities, adopt new ideas, approaches, and changes to work practices.
* Clarify expectations, respond promptly to client requests, queries, or complaints to ensure client needs are met to agreed standards and timelines.
* Assist in the development and implementation of the University reporting framework by contributing feedback, ideas, and actively supporting implementation and maintenance of the framework.
Requirements:
* Completion of an Associate Diploma level qualifications with relevant work experience or a certificate level qualification with post-certificate relevant work experience;
* Completion of a post-Trades Certificate or Advanced Certificate and extensive relevant and on-the-job training;
* An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
* Platform (Tableau) certification would be advantageous.
