Job Description Maintain and reconcile customer accounts Generate reports on accounts receivable status Ensure timely payments and contact customers via calls/emails regarding outstanding balances Perform bank reconciliations Process and manage cancellations Investigate unresolved issues Collaborate with internal departments to address customer inquiries Qualifications Have excellent attention to detail and time management skills Possess an understanding of the accounts receivable function or have previous experience in an accounts environment Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in MS Office, including Word and Excel Ability to multi-task and prioritize your daily workload Please note that only people with the right to work in Australia should apply.
