We are looking for an energizing and confident Guest Service Officer to join our Front Office department and help lead the way in creating memorable guest experiences! Here, everyone's role matters, and your individuality is celebrated.
THE ROLE
1. Check-in and check-out of guests
2. Cashiering and answering incoming calls to the hotel
3. Coordinating and programming wake-up calls
4. Assisting guests with general enquiries
5. Arrival report updating and room allocation
6. Handling guest feedback and resolving any complaints
THE PERSON
1. High level of grooming and personal presentation
2. High level of both written and verbal communication
3. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays
4. Previous experience with Opera is advantageous
5. Full Open Driver's License within Australia is highly desirable
6. Legal working rights in Australia
