Electrical Supervisor

About the Role:
WorkPac is currently in search of an Electrical Supervisor to join our esteemed client's team based in Lake Way. This position offers a six-month duration with potential extension and permanent opportunities. The work schedule operates on either an 8/6 or 2/2 roster FIFO from Perth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
4. Ensure compliance with regulations for borefield infrastructure.
5. Manage on-site works and troubleshoot technical issues.
6. Oversee operational activities and routine checks.
7. Fulfill statutory obligations under health and safety regulations.
8. Coordinate teams and provide performance feedback.
9. Monitor equipment inspection and hazard identification.
10. Mentor and ensure training compliance for direct reports.
11. Collaborate across departments to achieve objectives.
12. Manage rostering, recruitment, and contractor coordination.
13. Prepare and distribute reports on borefield activities.
14. Maintain accurate incident reporting and safety compliance.
15. Drive continuous improvement and cost control initiatives.
Skills and Experience:
16. Qualifications and Experience Needed:
17. Current "C" Class Western Australian driver???s license.
18. Completion of an electrical trade qualification.
19. Meeting statutory requirements including Level 4 risk management competencies and DMIRS mining law examination.
20. Construction White Card.
21. Certificate IV Frontline Management (advantageous).
22. Proficiency in Office 365, Pronto, Aconex, INX, and DEMIRS Portal.
23. In-depth understanding of WA Electrical Requirements, Electrical Regulations, and Work Health and Safety regulations.
24. 5+ years industry experience as an electrician post-apprenticeship.
25. Minimum 2 years' experience as a front-line supervisor.
26. Exposure to borefields, heavy equipment operations, and remote locations.
27. Proficient in leading hazard identification, risk assessment, and incident investigation.
28. Effective leadership skills for enabling team development and knowledge transfer.
29. Strong organizational skills and ability to handle complex situations and make decisions under pressure.
