Salary Range: $84,000 - $93,000 + 11.5% SuperannuationPlus Non-profit salary packaging up to $15,900 per annum each FBT year, plus additional meals and entertainment benefitsLocation: Highton + Any Preferred genU Office LocationHey You!Are you someone with a keen eye for detail, but strive to work for a business with purpose?The Quality and Assurance Advisor position plays a pivotal role supporting the compliance and assurance activity for genU, including all audit and assurance activities, while tracking progress of agreed actions for internal and external audit findings.The role also supports the ongoing development and implementation of the genU Quality Management Framework, in line with external standards, good practice and the principles of continuous improvement.Some of your key responsibilities:The Quality and Assurance Advisor supports the Quality & Assurance Manager in all aspects of delivering accreditation support, auditing and assurance related activities.Providing advice, direction, education and positive assistance to genU on the diverse accreditations and standards that guide genU practice including but not limited to: ISO9001, NDIS Practice Standards, Aged Care Quality Standards ASQA Standards for Registered Training Organisations, Passenger Accreditations, Food Safety requirements.Actively manage, facilitate and drive the development and update of the genU 3 yearly Compliance and Assurance Activity Plan and actively monitor and report activity against the plan including logging completing activity and supporting monitoring progress of agreed actions.Undertake timely audits and assurance across the various business areas of the organisation in line with the annual audit plan and report on the findings with relevant recommendations.Support the ongoing development and implementation of the genU Quality Management Framework in line with external standards, good practice and the principles of continuous improvement.Actively manage the development and implementation of genU document control systems and document libraries including supporting reviews, and republishing approved new and updated controlled documents.Support the promotion of, provide advice on and maintain continuous improvement system across genU to facilitate process improvements (particularly relating audit findings) and general improvement suggestions.About You!You'll be someone who thrives on maintaining high standards, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for continuous improvement in quality and assurance.We require you to have:Relevant experience in a Quality Management systems, practice and support role.Demonstrated skills in the use of Microsoft Office Suite including compilation/formatting of complex reports from multiple data sources.Understanding in the field of Quality Management and ISO accreditation within large and diverse organisations.Demonstrated understanding of accreditation frameworks, guidelines and concepts.Demonstrated ability to research, develop, propose, document and review proposals, policies, procedures and reports of a high standard.Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and with the flexibility to meet changing business needs and priorities.Ability to mentor and guide teams in a collaborative and transparent manner.Qualifications in Audit and or Investigations at Diploma level and or significant experience in implementing assurance, audit, compliance and or internal review frameworks, policies and procedures.Proven experience in preparation and delivery of Assurance, Compliance and or Internal Review Management Systems education.You will need the following docs and clearances for this role:NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain;NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate (WOM) or willingness to obtain;genU Benefits & CultureHere at genU we're a group of passionate, driven people who want everyone's lives to be happier and healthier, especially people with disabilities, the ageing and those experiencing disadvantage.
