Some of the responsibilities include:
9. Greet guests in a friendly, hospitable manner
10. Handle guest check-ins/check-outs in accordance with hotel credit/cash handling policies in an efficient and friendly manner.
11. Provide guests with information regarding the hotel, outlets, amenities, and area
12. Respond to guest calls and requests. Employ problem resolution strategies and service recovery in the event of guest complaints.
13. Answer phones in a courteous manner and assist guests with any inquiries
14. Utilize hotel software and PMS to record guest information in an accurate manner
Qualifications
15. Good Computer Skills
16. Ability to work under pressure
17. Positive, can-do attitude
18. Diploma/certificate in Hospitality or Tourism Management is desirable
19. Knowledge of Opera is desirable
20. Preferable prerequisite knowledge of the Travel/Hotel industry highly regarded
