Suncoast Skips, based at Coolum Beach on the Sunshine Coast, are looking to recruit an Excavator /Front End Loader operator.The role is pivotal to the smooth operation of our Recycling Yard, in quickly sorting incoming Skips Construction & Demolition Waste into there respective recycling streams.The incumbent is largely responsible for the smooth operation of incoming loads, quickly moving waste and directing all following truck movements.You will be part of a team working closely with other yard operators, Drivers and our General Manager of Operations.The site is the central part of our operations including our Admin staff. This ensures there is a positive vibe around the business that translates into a good social environment, where hard work and positive results are celebrated.The sorting in the yard is undertaken utilising a rotating mechanical Grapple, and at various times during the day can be extremely fast paced.We are looking to hire a team player who can also operate individually and is willing to use their initiative.
