The Group comprises of two retail brands plus a service and manufacturing arm.They are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Stock Office Assistant. You will be responsible for ensuring that products are being processed and dispatched to their retail stores in an efficient and accurate manner.ResponsibilitiesSupporting the Logistics Manager and Stock Support Team LeaderStore enquiry assistance (via inbox or phone)Stock ticketingRelease incoming stock and assist with stock reshufflesStock picking and transferringCreating workshop and repair ticketsManage positive and productive relationships with store teams and other internal associatesAssist with new store setups and store refitsEnsure cleanliness of all Stock Support workspacesAssist with the placing of ordersTo be successful in this role, you will require:Previous Jewellery retail experience preferredWillingness to travel domestically and visit storesProficiency in computer skills especially Microsoft Office - Excel (required)Excellent organisational skills with attention to detailHigh level of communication skillsAnalytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to remain focused and productive under pressureAdaptive to changing circumstancesA positive 'do what it takes' attitude.For a confidential discussion regarding this role, please contact:Please send your CV in Microsoft Word format.
