The Opportunity We are currently seeking a Supply Planner with experience in managing seasonal stock and inventory levels across the globe as they order based on sales history and the stocking strategy. The successful candidate will join our team in Perth, Australia, and will be responsible for generating our purchase orders to factories considering customer demand and stock requirements. What We Expect Generate factory purchase orders for both customer orders and stock by assessing previous sales, stocking strategy and product mix. Control inventory levels across the portfolio to ensure demand forecast is met whilst mitigating risk of obsolescence. Develop local warehouse inventory transfer strategies for top selling bridal gown styles. Anticipate, highlight and resolve supply risks. Evaluate impact of new season launch and different sales strategies on inventory requirements. Forecast and monitor factory capacity and liaise with relevant departments on mitigation of risks to the capacity plan. Forecast material requirements in line with demand forecast and factory capacity. Continuously review supply plans for inventory optimisation, assessing delivery costs and speed. Conduct regular and ad hoc analysis and reporting. Address supply-related issues in a timely and effective manner. What We Are Looking For: Bachelor degree or diploma in Business, Finance or Supply Chain relevant field or professional qualifications /certifications in CDDP (Certified Demand Driven Planner), CFP (Certification of Financial Planning), CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional), CSOP (Certified Sales & Operations Planning) are desirable.
