Job Title: Research Contracts Manager
Based at the University of Queensland (UQ), St. Lucia Campus, this full-time position is responsible for leading a team in the efficient development and review of research-related agreements.
The successful candidate will oversee the preparation, negotiation, and execution of contracts supporting university research and consultancies, ensuring exceptional service delivery while managing risk and safeguarding UQ's interests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team responsible for establishing, reviewing, negotiating, and coordinating the execution of research funded and non-funded contracts relating to UQ research activities.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and provide subject matter expertise and timely advice to internal and external stakeholders.
* Build and sustain partnerships and networks with other business units, functional areas, and external stakeholders.
* Contribute to projects, business initiatives, policy review and development, governance matters, compliance, and performance reporting.
