Job description We're searching for 2 Contract Administrators to join a well established and respected builder based out of Ballarat.

The Builder
* A Longstanding and Respected builder who deliver projects across Victoria
* Strong relationships across Victoria, enabling the builder to have a consistent pipeline
* Detailed new builds and refurbishments in a broad range of markets including: Defence, Health, Education and large scale Government projects.

The Role
* Administer Contracts (Main / Subcontracts)
* Setup & maintain Project Letting Schedule
* Prepare subcontractor packages, scopes and schedules
* Accurate review & evaluation of subcontract Tenders
* Manage progress claim assistance and external variations
* Manage and track project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claims
* Administer RFI’s to architects, consultants and clients
* Support the Project Manager in meeting all project requirements
What We Are Looking For?
* Building or Engineering related degree
* Proven track record on similar projects
* Minimum 3 years experience as a Contract Administrator
* Full working rights in Australia
