About the Role
* Create, develop, drive and manage a business plan, for assigned territory, focused on account growth and account acquisition
* Refine and execute a business plan to meet or exceed assigned targets
* Develop and implement strategic account plan for key accounts, communicating effectively with the wider Data # 3 team
* Engage Data # 3 marketing team and Data # 3 solution owners to develop business in assigned sales territory
* Develop in-depth knowledge of customer industries/government agencies
* Lead and manage large-scale tenders and proposals
* Own customer issues independently, and collaboratively, to devise solutions to solve complex deal challenges
* Take responsibility for the overall commercial (and contractual) relationship for engagements
* Identify new opportunities for Line of Business offerings outside goaling, facilitate engagement with peers and optimise the opportunity for successful sales
* Focus on account retention, growth and acquisition
* Develop an in-depth knowledge of the customer's vertical
What we are looking for:
* Proven skills growing existing and new business, meeting or exceeding business objectives and targets
* Demonstrated track record building and maintaining customer relationships in market (at various levels), Public Sector preferred
* Ability to influence customers to adopt and consume Microsoft products (or ability to learn quickly)
* Ability to comprehend complex Microsoft modelling options (or ability to learn quickly)
* Proven track record of developing and maintaining vendor relationships
* Business Development experience is essential
